Shipping Policy

NEI ships most in stock orders to the U.S. within 48 hours or 2-business days of receipt.  Shipping options are provided at the time of check out.  Standard shipping rates are shown below.  Standard Shipping (ground transportation) usually takes 5 days.  Next day and 2nd day shipping are available.  Next day and 2nd day rates will calculate at time of checkout.

Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI will be shipped by 3rd day air.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you submit your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days.  Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete. 

Orders can only be shipped within the US, US territories and to APOS.

Please Note:  Your credit card statement will reflect charges to: Nature's Essential Ingredients on any purchase made through our online store.  You may wish to order by telephone.  To do so, call (817) 294-6081 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m CST and ask for an NEI Customer Care representative to place your order.  You may also pay for your merchandise by cashier’s check or money order.  To use this method of payment, send us a note and mail your request together with your payment, (please include shipping charges and 8.25% sales tax for TX delivery addresses) to: Nature's Essential Ingredients (NEI) Inc., 4101 W. Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Texas addresses will be subject to 8.25% sales tax in accordance with state law.  Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax.  Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

NEI Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return.  Please review you order prior to submitting to make sure the items you have selected are correct.  If your purchase arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, contact our customer care department to process a return within 7 days from the date you received your purchase.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

• Call NEI Customer Care at 214-565-0077 to get a return authorization number prior to mailing.  Failure
  to obtain an authorization number will result in the refusal of the returned merchandise.
• Return merchandise by using an insured pre-paid method such as UPS or FEDEX.
• Exchanges will be made within 7 business days upon receipt of unused “as new” merchandise.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. NO CASH REFUNDS.
